Multi-surface acrylic paint JOVIDECOR Acryl

Jovidecor Acryl is a water-based acrylic paint that provides a satin finish. Thanks to its high covering power, one single layer is enough to obtain the best results.

It can be easily applied onto any surface, whether on utensils, furniture or clothes, with the help of all kinds of tools (paintbrushes, brushes, sponges, etc.). Once it is dry it is very resistant to water and soap (before drying up) and is completely harmless to children.

Splash painting

Splashing a painting with a toothbrush is an effective way of creating texture. To obtain bigger splashes you can use a round paintbrush dipped in plenty of paint which can be tapped firmly against the handle of another paintbrush or with the fingers.

Printing with sponges

Apply the tempera to different-shaped sponges directly from a palette containing a mixture of the chosen colour. Then press the sponge onto a surface, like a stamp, to leave its imprint. Rinse the sponge out before the paint dries to remove any paint residue.

Painting with three colours

A great variety of colours can be achieved by using blue, carmine and yellow and mixing them together.

Painting on modelling clay

As well as being suitable for painting figures made from dried, air-hardening clay, Jovidecor can also be used to add details and areas of colour to figures made from Jovi Modelling Clay.

Painting with varnish

To give your artworks a shinier finish, just mix a little Jovi varnish with the colour of paint you want to use.

  • Incorrect washing may result in the stain becoming embedded in the fibres.
  • Washing garments in the washing machine can leave stubborn paint stains which are much more difficult to remove.
  • Never dry a stained garment in the tumble dryer because it could be impossible to remove the stain afterwards. Do not let the stain dry.
  • Rinse the garment through with plenty of water at high pressure. It is better to work from the back of the fabric, behind the stain. Hand-washing the garment with liquid detergent or natural bar soap should be enough to remove the stains completely.
  • Soak dry stains in water for about four hours and wash with liquid soap.
