Commitment to education: JOVI sends school supplies to 63 centers affected by the DANA
At JOVI, we are committed to education and the well-being of the school community. That is why, when the DANA storm affected various areas of the Levante region last autumn, we decided to take action to support the schools impacted by the extreme weather.
We launched a call for applications so that schools that had suffered damage could contact us and receive school supplies to replace part of what was lost. The response was overwhelming—many schools reached out to inform us about their situation. From November to February, we sent JOVI supply kits to a total of 63 schools in 19 different towns.
The supply kits include a selection of essential products to foster creativity and learning in the classroom: crayons, markers, modeling clay, soft dough, modeling accessories, paint, finger paint, and painting tools.
We understand that the impact of an emergency like this goes beyond material damage. That is why our goal has been to do our part so that children can continue enjoying their education in as normal an environment as possible. We hope that these supplies will help teachers and students throughout this school year with enthusiasm.
From JOVI, we would like to thank all the schools, individuals who informed us about the situation, and everyone who made this initiative possible. We remain committed to education and to supporting the school community whenever we are needed the most.
