    Manage the existing commercial relationship and carry out the company's accounting, fiscal and administrative procedures.

    The legal basis for processing data from job applicants-candidates in employment selection processes is obtaining their consent, through positive action, when they send us their curriculum vitae by any means.

  • Retention period for data from job applicants-candidates:

    JOVI will retain their data for a period of no less than 5 years and a maximum of 10 years.

PROCESSING OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IMAGES

JOVI has video surveillance cameras in its facilities for the purpose of controlling access to JOVIs facilities and providing security to said facilities. Guarantee the security of people, goods and facilities.

The recipients of video surveillance images are the company's management and, where applicable, Security Forces and Bodies. Courts and Tribunals.

The planned period for deleting video surveillance images is ONE MONTH, except for communication to Security Forces and Bodies and/or Courts and Tribunals.

PROCESSING OF DATA FROM FRIENDS ON SOCIAL NETWORKS

JOVI is present on the following social networks: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest, for the purpose of informing friends about JOVI products, in order to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

The legitimacy for processing data from friends on social networks is the consent of said friends, when they decide to follow or stop following JOVI.

PROCESSING OF DATA FROM THE VISITOR REGISTRATION BOOK

The company has a registration book for people who come to the company's facilities to meet or interview with the company's staff and executives, for security purposes and to control access to our facilities.

The legal basis for processing their data is their consent when providing us with their identifying data before holding the meeting.

The recipients of their data are the reception staff and the company's management. We will not transfer their data to third parties, except for legal obligation.

We will retain visitor registration book data for a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10, as long as they do not exercise the right to cancel their data.

GENERAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

In general, JOVI will retain their personal data that they have provided to us, as long as they do not request its deletion, except for express indication otherwise in the previous sections.

The recipients of their data will be the company's staff and management.
