The Regional Minister of Education visits JOVI to learn about our work in the school sector
On October 13, we welcomed the Honorable Minister of Education, Esther Niubó, and the Honorable Mayor of Rubí, Ana María Martínez, accompanied by their teams, to JOVI.
During the day, we had the opportunity to show them our facilities in Rubí, where we toured the factory to give them a close-up look at the production process of our products—from raw materials to the final product—and all the implications of maintaining the quality standards that characterize our brand.
The visit continued in our showroom, a space that brings together the entire JOVI product portfolio, including the most innovative items developed in recent years by the R&D, laboratory, and marketing teams.
One of the central themes of the meeting was our commitment to dual training, an area in which JOVI is a leading company in the region. Every year, we take on a dozen students on dual internships, facilitating their professional development and integration into the industrial and creative environment. We maintain a staff incorporation rate of 20-30%, consolidating our position as a training provider and employer in the sector.
At JOVI, we will continue to work to promote initiatives that strengthen the educational and business fabric, contributing to growth and innovation in our region.
